Refund policy

At Sin City Pinball, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We invite you to review our return and cancellation policy to familiarize yourself with the process:

Cancellation Requests: To cancel your order, please contact us at sales@sincitypinball.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Once approved, you will receive a full refund, subject to a 5% processing fee for processing and credit card fees

Return Requests: All return requests are subject to approval and need to be submitted in writing to sales@sincitypinball.com. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the item via a reputable freight company and covering the associated shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied. All items must be in sealed factory boxes in resealable condition.

Refused Deliveries: Should you choose to refuse delivery of your order when not arrives, a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued, minus any applicable shipping fees to and from.

Preorders and Deposits: Please be aware that all preorders and deposits are non-refundable. However, in certain cases,  we can possibly transfer them to another buyer for a $250.00 fee. Please email sales@sincitypinball.com for any possible further options.
