Written quotes will automatically expire 24 hours after being issued and may be altered or canceled with verbal or written notice during that time. All quotes and prices may be adjusted based on new specifications, changes, quantities, shipping methods, or other terms not included in the original quote.We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update prices as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

  1. Return & Refund Policy: At Sin City Pinball, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and cancellation policy to understand the process:
    1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@sincitypinball.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Upon approval, you will receive a full refund, minus a 5% credit card and processing fee.
    2. Return Requests: All return requests are subject to approval. If approved, customer will be responsible for returning the item using a reputable freight company as well as paying for the shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply.
    3. Refused Deliveries: If you choose to refuse delivery of your order, you will receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price minus any applicable shipping and storage fees.
    4. Preorders and Deposits: Please note that all preorders and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In some cases, we may allow you to transfer your deposit to another game title or offer a partial refund, at our discretion.

  2. Exclusions: Certain items, such as custom-built or clearance products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
